I guess life can change at the drop of a hat. thats proven.

so big change in pace since the last time i’ve updated.

friday, the 8^th of december, michelle lund’s dad passed away.

a month ago the family was told he had leukemia.

he got pneumonia and died on friday.

the funeral was yesterday, and it was a wonderful celebration of bob’s life.

he will be very missed.

prayers are wonderful, and have been really appreciated.

thank you to all who have been praying.

as I learned of this death, my shock came as tears.

tears of sorrow, and tears of joy.

why joy you ask. well…i just keep thanking god for allowing bob to bless all he knew.

loosing him physically brings tears, but knowing I’ll see him again for eternity in heaven brings joy.

the hardest thing about this death is realizing that your best friend is without a father.

seeing michelle the way she is tears my heart open.

i just continue to pray to god, in hopes that i can help her in times of need.

yes, death does sadden our hearts, but we have to stay strong for the lund family.

in this case, its very difficult, as i have been trying to do for the past 3 days.

good, I’ve been doing it A LOT this week!

my Sunday school teacher taught us about JOY and JOYFULNESS two Sundays ago.

i think I’ve thought about it enough, and these past two weeks, and I’ve become more joyful!

Monica had an amazing time with the Grube's this past weekend.

she had so much fun, and snowball fights are the best.

laughing has put her in a GREAT mood all week.

she really is starting to love her life a lot more!

I've been motivated lately.

To work out and pray.

I've become more relaxed, and easy going.
